Premium Paid Support

This is available to our customers who purchase annual premium support either directly or through our channel partners. The ‘Premium Paid Support' is free for the first-year of product purchase and it has be to be renewed subsequently. This includes

  • Access to Online Technical Support.
  • Free upgrade of new releases of licensed SapphireIMS products as well as minor and patch releases.
  • Access to technical support team for product related queries during business hours.
    • Monday to Friday : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
    • Saturdays : 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
  • Support portal access to log issues and get responses within SLA period.
  • Access to additional automation tools and techniques.

Onsite Support

This addresses the growing needs of our customers, who prefer to have support personal dedicatedly in onsite and help them to manage their IT environment effectively using SapphireIMS. Trained technical support personal are identified and placed in customer environment for effective management.
